Vermilion Roots is essentially about cooking Malaysian food in my American kitchen, although I do cook a lot of other Asian-style food and am open to trying new cuisines. You will find Chinese, Malay, Indian, and Nyonya recipes, for they, as well as some dishes from neighboring Southeast Asian countries like Thailand and Indonesia, make up the unique multi-cultural flavors of Malaysian cuisine.
